I had a somewhat mixed experience at this hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic for exploring the city, with stunning views that I couldn't get enough of. However, I was quite disappointed with the room condition and service aspects. While some staff were helpful, others seemed overwhelmed, and cleanliness in my room left much to be desired. The breakfast was decent but could definitely use some improvement in variety.
